I have read that cigars are often the subject of heated discussions, so today I want to talk about something more pleasant. Many smokers have encountered obstacles, such as the andullo, which can be caused by an excessive rejection of harmony. However, in this case, the obstacles are not due to affinity or contrast; they are simply there to prevent the unique pleasure of smoking a good cigar.

A Habano cigar is meant to be savored, enjoyed, and appreciated for its rich flavor and aroma. It is an experience that allows for contemplation and relaxation, making it the perfect addition to a business meeting where you discuss important topics like forming a company, making investments, unions, or celebrations. Smoking a cigar creates a peaceful atmosphere where sincerity is always transmitted and valued. It is impossible for someone smoking a cigar to be dishonest or deceitful.

Their words will always be genuine and trustworthy. For me, the Havana cigar was almost essential when entering into negotiations as it gave me confidence in front of the other person. I recommend this simple advice for those not going into space, like myself. Cigarettes did not have the same effect and denoted more nervousness, fear, and insecurity than the Habano King. I vividly recall Barça´s Vice-President, Mr. Nicolau Casaus. He was a symbol of understanding and peace between Barça and any Spanish team. I am not saying his cigars were solely responsible, but they brought him pleasure that infected his opponents and made him well-received with his Montecristo No. 1.

While traditional practices and logic suggest other approaches, the most reliable method is to refrain from consuming alcohol or revealing that you have consumed it, if pressured to do so. Nowadays, it is harder to determine the authenticity of proposals. Most importantly, avoid making eye contact with your opponent. If the person you are negotiating with can withstand your firm gaze, enjoy that cigar when you get home - assuming you were not able to light it during the meeting. Always keep in mind that truth and sincerity can only be discerned through the clarity of a good Habano cigar.
